05/2026 Dear Parents, We would like to inform you about the start of bookings for the canteen, transport and extracurricular activities. Please log in our EV-ESM Booking System a few days before the start of the booking period to check your details and the school year of your children. This will also give you time to resolve any problems with the login. If your child will not be attending the next class in the next school year, please inform the office. The information will be noted so that the system can assign the booking to the correct school level of your child. If your child leaves the school, please use the “My child leaves the school. Set the child’s profile inactive” function in your child's profile. Please select the date (end of school year or free date) on which the profile should become inactive. We advise you to do so before the bookings start. Transport School transport for 2024/25 can be booked from May 2, 2024 until May 15, 2024. 09/2023   Please read this short information on how the MVV cards for the school year 2023/2024, which were delivered to EV-ESM last Friday, will be issued to the pupils:   P1-P5 pupils: can collect their cards between 9am and 1pm from the EV-ESM office at Fasangarten Primary School, from Monday September 4, 2023.   S1 pupils: the cards will be distributed by the class teacher on Monday 04.09.2023.   Pupils of the other classes will receive a separate email when and how the MVV cards will be distributed.   Please remember that any students who applied for an MVV card for the first time and/or have not yet done so, or those who moved during the summer, will need to take an extra step as soon as possible to complete the application process. The experienced caregivers of R.U.F will be ready again from September 2023 to care for your children in a safe and stimulating environment.   In our afternoon programmes, R.U.F. offers a variety of leisure games, creative workshops and much more.   06/2022   School Year 2021/22 - Last school day is 1 July 2022. In the primary school and kindergarten there are neither canteen, nor after school care services, nor extra-curricular activities on this day. The school buses depart from the school at 10:05 am. In the secondary school there are neither canteen services nor extra-curricular courses on this day. 05/2022   The end of the school year and thus the time to register for our services for the next school year is now approaching. Before the bookings open please check the General Terms and Conditions of EV-ESM (German only) that will apply for the services booked for the school year 2022/23. Transport   Registration for the school bus and the MVV card will be open from 10 May 2022 until 5 June 2022.   09/2021   Due to the Corona restrictions, the MVV cards will again be distributed by the class teachers in the secondary school on September 10, 2021.   From  Monday,  once you will have been informed per e-mail: the GS pupils and HS pupils can collect them at the PS Secretary by Ms. Lorenz and respectively at the HS Security Office by Ms. Pilekic (1st floor).   Please note that the MVV cards from the last school year are still valid in the first 2 weeks of school year 2021/22. The MVV-card 2021/22 will be valid from September 1st, possibly from September 13. Please check the exact date on the card.   The City of Munich has issued a 365-day ticket, which covers the entire MVV area. 05/21 From now until June 6th, 2021 you can book transport services provided by the City of Munich for the school year 2021/2022  in our new EV-ESM Booking System: EITHER school bus OR a MVV Card, both at the same time are not possible. An online booking must be made for EACH child who wants to use the transport services in the next school year. This also applies to pupils who are already using the transport service in the current school year 2020/2021. A possible entitlement to free travel to school is regulated by the law on free travel to school (SchKfrG) and the regulation on school transport (SchBefV). According to the law, public transport takes priority.
