INFORMATION ON THE SCHOOL YEAR 2026/27

NSA-program 2026/27 nursery

NSA-program 2026/27 primary school

Bookings for nursery, primary school and secondary school (music and tennis) are expected to be activated on 09/06/2026 at 12:00 pm.

Bookings for secondary school (all extra curricular activities except music and tennis) are expected to be activated on 04/09/2026 at 09:00 am.

Please log in to the booking system now to update your data and test your access.

BOOKING EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITY

Please read the terms and conditions of NSA of EV-ESM. Register in our EV-ESM Booking System at ev-esm-booking.org.

If you have not yet logged into the booking system during the current school year, you must first confirm the class delivery of your child/children.

Under Services in the left menu, please go to Manage Bookings and select Extracurricular Activities. Please check which school year is displayed (blue field at the top right). If necessary, switch to the school year for which you want to book an extracurricular activity.

On this page, you will see all your children with all their existing bookings. Click on New Booking next to the child for whom you want to book a course. You will then see the complete list of bookable courses. The courses that are suitable for your child’s age group are shown at the top, those that are not suitable are shown at the bottom. Click on the desired course to see the details. You can book at the bottom of the details page.

After you have completed the booking, you will receive an automatic notification by email. You can always check the status of your booking in the EV-ESM Booking System.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Please note that binding information on the courses offered is only available in the EV-ESM Booking System. There may have been changes since the advance information about the courses offered was posted on the EV-ESM homepage.

If your child will not be moving up to the next school year in the next school year, but will repeat or skip a school year, please inform us by email. Otherwise, we may reject your booking due to the incorrect grade level information (e.g. if your child stays in kindergarten for an extra year).

Courses at the ESM usually start at the end of September/beginning of October, music courses and external courses often start earlier. You can see the respective start of the course in the detailed course information.

NURSERY AND PRIMARY SCHOOL

• The courses of the Homework Academy start at the beginning of September

• Most courses have 30 course units and thus cover most of the school year

• Half-year courses are designed for 13 or 15 units

• Courses start at 12:50 or 14:00 on short school days and at 16:00 on long school days

• IMPORTANT: Children in kindergarten and primary school are not allowed to stay unattended on the school grounds after school ends. Therefore, you can only book a course if you have made a binding choice for one of the following options for the period until the start of the NSA:

– Afternoon care at R.U.F. (until at least 2:00 p.m. for courses starting at 12:50 or 2:00 p.m. and until at least 4:00 p.m. for courses starting at 2:20 p.m. or later)

– Homework academy course until the course starts. These offers start immediately after school ends. The children eat together with R.U.F. or the HAA in the canteen or, as cold eaters, eat the food they have brought with them.

– If your child has school lessons at the ESM that last until the start of the course (e.g. Swal’s lessons or support), they can also attend a course directly afterwards.

Please note, however, that if school lessons are cancelled, your child cannot wait unattended at school until the start of the course, but must leave the school.

Students who have left the school grounds cannot come back in the afternoons to attend an NSA.

SECONDARY SCHOOL

• Courses usually consist of 25 units. At the end of the school year, many course rooms are no longer available due to the final exams.

• Half-year courses are designed for 13 or 15 units.

MUSIC COURSES

• Music courses can also be booked during the school year. The price and number of hours will then be adjusted accordingly.
