Dear Parents,
We would like to inform you about the start of bookings for the canteen, transport and extracurricular activities.
Please log in our EV-ESM Booking System a few days before the start of the booking period to check your details and the school year of your children. This will also give you time to resolve any problems with the login.
If your child will not be attending the next class in the next school year, please inform the office. The information will be noted so that the system can assign the booking to the correct school level of your child.
If your child leaves the school, please use the “My child leaves the school. Set the child’s profile inactive” function in your child’s profile. Please select the date (end of school year or free date) on which the profile should become inactive. On the date of inactivation, any ongoing services will be automatically cancelled.
Please note: If you also wish to terminate your membership on 31.08.2026, please go to “My profile” and “My account” and click on “I would like to cancel the family membership of the EV-ESM” When you cancel your membership, all active child profiles will automatically be set to inactive at the end of your membership.
Canteen
The registration for canteen services will open on June 9, 2026 .
From September 2026, the following prices will apply to the three-course menu for pupils at the European School Munich:

- Kindergarten: €5.80 (incl. 19% VAT)
- Primary School: €6.90 (incl. 19% VAT)
- Secondary School (Subscription): €7.20 (incl. 19% VAT)
- Secondary School (Spontaneous eater): €7.50 (incl. 19% VAT)
Transport
- Student transportation for the 2026/27 school year can be booked from May 5 to May 22, 2026.

Extra-curricular Activities
Bookings for extra-curricular activities in kindergarten and primary school and courses at external sites (KG, GS, HS) will open on Tuesday June 9, 2026 at 09:00 am.
Bookings for homework academy courses will also open on Tuesday June 9, 2026 at 09:00 am.
Please note that course bookings for primary school and kindergarten must be combined with after school care by R.U.F. or following a homework academy course.
The other courses at the secondary school will be made available for booking in September, when the timetables are available.
The NSA course programme will be published on the EV-ESM website approximately one week before bookings open. You will receive a further email as soon as the programme is available.
