22 May 2025/2026: REGISTRATION FOR EV-ESM SERVICES
05/2025 Dear parents,
We would like to inform you about the start of bookings for the canteen, afternoon care and extracurricular activities. The booking tool will be activated on 03.06.2025 at 9:00 am.
Based on the experience of recent years, we have upgraded the server and get a queue programmed. We would also like to ask everyone to log in only from one device at a time and wait until June 4, 2025 to make bookings for R.U.F., canteen, tennis courses and the music courses of the von Monsperg Institute. There are no space restrictions in these courses.
Please log in a few days before the start of the booking period to check your details and the school year of your children. This will also give you time to resolve any problems with the login.
If your child will not be attending the next class in the next school year, please inform the office. The information will be noted so that the system can assign the booking to the correct school level of your child.
If your child leaves the school, please use the “My child leaves the school. Set the child’s profile inactive” function in your child’s profile. Please select the date (end of school year or free date) on which the profile should become inactive. On the date of inactivation, any ongoing services will be automatically canceled.
Please note: If you also wish to terminate your membership on 31.08.2025, please go to “My profile” and “My account” and click on “I would like to cancel the family membership of the EV-ESM” When you cancel your membership, all active child profiles will automatically be set to inactive at the end of your membership.
Canteen:
Our new caterer has already introduced themselves to you via a newsletter. The process for booking the canteen service remains unchanged and will continue to be conveniently managed through the EV-ESM platform.
Prices will be adjusted as follows:
- Kindergarten: €5.50 (incl. 19% VAT)
- Primary School: €6.60 (incl. 19% VAT)
- Secondary School (Subscription): €6.90 (incl. 19% VAT)
- Secondary School (Spontaneous eater): €7.20 (incl. 19% VAT)
Bookings will be activated starting June 3, 2025.
Afternoon care – R.U.F.:
Bookings will be available from 03.06.2025. Please book by the end of June 2025 at the latest to give our partner R.U.F. time to put together the groups over the summer and organize the care.
The costs for the booked options are displayed in the booking system per month.
To calculate the monthly costs for afternoon care, the fees for the individual days of the week booked are added together (example: Option 1: Monday 12:05 – 14:00 = EUR 50 + Option 2: Wednesday 12:05 – 16:00 = EUR 100: If you book childcare until 14:00 on Monday, as in the example, and book childcare until 16:00 on Wednesday, the costs per month amount to € 150) .
Please note that most NSAs at the primary school and for the kindergarten are only possible in combination with afternoon care.
Extracurricular activities:
We have once again put together an attractive program. You can view the planned program on our homepage.
The majority of courses are now offered by the course instructors on their own account via our portal, in which case the EV-ESM charges an agency fee and the course price is charged by the course instructor. Please refer to our updated GTC, as of April 2025.
The bookings will be activated again in stages.
From 03.06.2025 9:00 a.m. you can book the courses for kindergarten and primary school.
From 03.06.2025 9:00 a.m. you can also book the following courses for secondary school, music courses via the von Monsperg Institute, bouldering at the SVN, swimming at the Phönixbad and tennis with our partner Tennis Raschke.
From 04.09.2025 9:00 a.m. you can book the remaining courses for the secondary school.
We kindly ask you to book music and tennis courses only from 04.06.2025 on, all bookings for these courses will be taken into account and thus the rush on the system will be alleviated.
