Dear parents,
We would like to inform you about the start of bookings for the afternoon care service.
Bookings will be open from June 9, 2026 at 12:00 PM.
Please complete your booking by no later than the end of June 2026, so that our service partner R.U.F. – Rund um die Familie has sufficient time to form the groups over the summer and organize the care.
In the booking system, the monthly costs for the selected options will be displayed automatically with each selection.
Sibling Discount (School Year 2026/2027)
We are pleased to inform you that our service partner R.U.F. – Rund um die Familie is offering a sibling discount of 20 percent for the upcoming school year 2026/2027.
Please note the following when booking:
- First, enter the older child
- Then enter the younger (or youngest) sibling for whom the discount applies
The order is determined by date of birth.
In the case of twins or multiples (same date of birth and last name), differentiation is made using the first name.
If only one child is registered for care, even though there are siblings, no sibling discount can be granted. In this case, the registered child will be treated as an only child and the regular fee will be charged.
Calculation of Care Costs
The monthly costs are calculated as the sum of the booked weekdays.
Example:
- Option 1: Monday 12:05 PM – 2:00 PM = EUR 51
- Option 2: Wednesday 12:05 PM – 4:00 PM = EUR 102
If, as in the example, you book care until 2:00 PM on Monday and until 4:00 PM on Wednesday, the total monthly cost amounts to EUR 153.
Please note that some extracurricular activities at the primary school and for kindergarten are only possible in combination with afternoon care.
