Dear parents,
All EV-ESM members are invited to the General Assembly Meeting on Wednesday October 15, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. in ESM Neuperlach, Elise-Aulinger-Str. 21, 81739 München.
As every year, positions on the EV-ESM board become vacant, as courageous, hard-working parents, who have helped us as volunteers to manage our activities with a lot of enthusiasm, now want to pass their positions further.
Therefore, we appeal to all of you: Please do candidate for one of the open positions on the EV-ESM Board to be filled this year, see the Preliminary Agenda GA (German only).

Applications for vacancies on the EV-ESM Board should be submitted no later than 14 days before the meeting. Please send your application to vorsitzende@ev-esm.org no later than on 1st October, 2025.
We also would like to ask all our members, given latest circumstances, to respect our office team and our board members.
As you may be aware of, our board is working on a voluntarily basis. The time we invest for your children is taken on our free time. So it would be welcome if, when contacting us, only our board mails are used and not our working/private contact data. Please also stay calm and respectful.
We welcome every idea to improve our services and this is exactly why we invite all members to the GA. The more members are coming, sharing ideas and getting involved, the more we as parent association can achieve.
