05/2025 Dear parents, We would like to inform you about the start of bookings for the canteen, afternoon care and extracurricular activities. The booking tool will be activated on 03.06.2025 at 9:00 am. Based on the experience of recent years, we have upgraded the server and get a queue programmed. We would also like to ask everyone to log in only from one device at a time and wait until June 4, 2025 to make bookings for R.U.F., canteen, tennis courses and the music courses of the von Monsperg Institute. There are no space restrictions in these courses. Please log in a few days before the start of the booking period to check your details and the school year of your children. This will also give you time to resolve any problems with the login. If your child will not be attending the next class in the next school year, please inform the office....

04/2024 Please log in to the EV-ESM Booking System. Upon first login since September 2023 you must confirm the class and language section of your children. We advise you to do so before the bookings start. Transport School transport for 2024/25 can be booked from May 2, 2024 until May 15, 2024. With this regard, please carefully read the detailed and up-to-date information for each possible transport option completely. 06/2023   Registration for canteen services for the school year 2023/2024 is now available in the EV-ESM Booking System.   Please read the detailed information regarding the booking at the canteen section of our website.   We sincerely hope that the canteen service in the HS in Neuperlach will be back in normal operation as soon as possible but until at least December 2023 the mensa will be closed due to water damage and our children will have to consume their warm meal in an alternative room. Together with Organic Garden and the school we are working on all measures in the canteen area of the HS which we plan to implement from September onwards to ensure a smooth and secure operation.  ...

  06/2022   School Year 2021/22 - Last school day is 1 July 2022. In the primary school and kindergarten there are neither canteen, nor after school care services, nor extra-curricular activities on this day. The school buses depart from the school at 10:05 am. In the secondary school there are neither canteen services nor extra-curricular courses on this day. 05/2022   The end of the school year and thus the time to register for our services for the next school year is now approaching. Before the bookings open please check the General Terms and Conditions of EV-ESM (German only) that will apply for the services booked for the school year 2022/23. Transport   Registration for the school bus and the MVV card will be open from 10 May 2022 until 5 June 2022. 02/2021     As the school is starting again on Monday, 22nd February 2021, we would like to update you on the status of our services in ESM Kindergarten and Primary School. Rules applied will be the same as for last December.   Transport: Will be running as usual.   After School Care: R.U.F and Die Pauker services will be running as usual.   Canteen: Children will be sitting 1,50 m apart from one another. As a consequence all children will not be able to eat warm everyday. This means the following for our services, at least until 29.01.2021:   Transport No school bus transport, no shuttle bus transport.   Canteen No service.
