  05/21 We are pleased to inform you that from Tuesday June 8th, 2021 at 9:00 am, the bookings for extra-curricular activities for the coming school year 2021/2022 will be opened in the EV-ESM Booking System. Again, we believe that the diverse program we have created will offer interesting courses for everyone.   05/21 Our After School Care services for the upcoming new school year 2021/2022 are now bookable in the EV-ESM Booking System. Our longterm and reliable service partners R.U.F.- rund um die Familie and Die Pauker will continue to take care after your children outside school hours in the coming school year. The offer of R.U.F. is aimed at kindergarten children and primary school pupils from P1 - P5. The children are cared for according to a situation and needs-oriented approach with various activities to promote creativity, movement and free play. R.U.F. also offers homework oversight support for elementary school pupils. The offer of Die Pauker is aimed at primary school pupils from P1 - P5. The children are professionally supervised with their homework, practice and revision units of the current school material as well as concentration exercises are offered. 05/21 From now until June 6th, 2021 you can book transport services provided by the City of Munich for the school year 2021/2022  in our new EV-ESM Booking System: EITHER school bus OR a MVV Card, both at the same time are not possible. An online booking must be made for EACH child who wants to use the transport services in the next school year. This also applies to pupils who are already using the transport service in the current school year 2020/2021. A possible entitlement to free travel to school is regulated by the law on free travel to school (SchKfrG) and the regulation on school transport (SchBefV). According to the law, public transport takes priority.   03/21 Today, we are very happy to introduce you our new EV-ESM Booking System which we have been developing for over a year now. The new system covers all services offered by the EV-ESM in one. It will allow you to have a complete overview of all the bookings for your child/children for the school year 2021/22 onwards. New General Terms and Conditions of the EV-ESM will enter into force with the new booking system, you can read them here. The existing bookings for this school year 2020/2021 are still running in the old systems. 02/2021     As the school is starting again on Monday, 22nd February 2021, we would like to update you on the status of our services in ESM Kindergarten and Primary School. Rules applied will be the same as for last December.   Transport: Will be running as usual.   After School Care: R.U.F and Die Pauker services will be running as usual.   Canteen: Children will be sitting 1,50 m apart from one another. As a consequence all children will not be able to eat warm everyday. 02/2021   Thank you all so much for participating so numerous in our survey about the project of Haus 5 FG (65,5% participation rate!). Thereby the results are very significant.   Haus-5-Umfrage-Survey-Report   As you can see from the complete results, they are also very clear. In evidence are two major issues: security and age of the pupils. Also your concerns about the communication will be taken into account and addressed.   These concerns were brought to all the Stakeholders involved - ESM, EPO, IKG and BMBF in a high-level meeting held on Friday 29.01.2021.   We will follow the development of this project very closely and inform you further....

01/2021   As you have read in the newsletters from ESM Director Mr. Hrovath dated 07.01.2021 and 22.01.2021, the potential moving in of the Jewish Gymnasium to Haus 5 in Fasangarten is currently being considered. Therefore, we would like to ask all our members with children in Kindergarten and Primary School about their opinion, in order to build an overall picture and an official position for the Parents' Association, such that we can transmit it to all the stakeholders involved in this project in the upcoming events and meetings.   Consequently, we prepared an anonymous survey, which we kindly ask you to complete by Tuesday 26.01.2021.
