At the end of the SWALS meeting the parents can attend the General Assembly of the Parents’ Association in the Europahalle. Subject of the meeting will be amongst others the election of new representatives at the Board of the Parents’ Association and the Educational Council. Info: TransportUp to now (19th September 2016) there is no possibility any more to change the routes or bus stops of the bus lines. Any request or question concerning the bus lines will take at least one month before it will be dealt with by the city of Munich. ++ If there is a problem with the busses in the morning or in the afternoon, please contact the secretary of the school. They should know what is happened, if the bus´ drivers has called them. ++ No children are allowed to use the bus if they are not in the list of the bus. ++ The next two weeks could be possible that there are some additional delays with some bus lines due to the Oktoberfest. Please have patience.++ Some MVV cards have not arrived at all at the parents association due a printing problem at the city of Munich....

Application for transport services until the end of May 2016Dear Parents, We would like to remind you that you can register online your children for transport services (school bus or MVV map) for the school year 2016/2017 until the end of May 2016. After that registration deadline, the system will be closed and no application for the transportation would be allowed. Thereafter only the requests, which are justified by new registrations to school or change due to relocation, will be accepted in the future of city school department and MVG. For primary school children, the parents have to decide by the end of May 2016 whether they wish a transport with the school bus or with MVV card. Further change from an approved MVV card to school bus transport during the school year will be no longer possible due to organizational reasons.Please login with your access data in the Online...
