01/2021   As already communicated by the school, all the lessons at the ESM will run on distance teaching until Friday 29.01.2021. This means the following for our services, at least until 29.01.2021:   Transport No school bus transport, no shuttle bus transport.   Canteen No service. 12/2020   Due to the latest information from the school, our services will change accordingly as follows: starting from Wednesday December, 16  the school bus and shuttle bus transport, garderie as well as canteen services will be stopped until further notice.   Extra-curricular activities: starting from Wednesday, December 16 all remaining in-situ courses will be stopped. The courses marked with online option when booking will now continue online on December 16-18, 21-22 and January 7-8, 2021. The access data for the online courses will be sent directly by the course teacher.   Based on the pandemic development, the situation after January 10 will be reassessed at the beginning of the new year.    ...

12/2020   Thanks to the availability of office space in the ESM Primary School in Fasangarten, thanks to the generous approval of the school management, and also in view of the uncertain future of the EPO premises, we decided to move our offices to ESM Fasangarten. We will occupy two nice little and comfortable offices on the ground floor of Haus 3. We thank again the school for this possibility.   The move is planned for the 9th of December 2020.   This move brings various advantages for us. 11/2020   As the Corona rules are getting more restrictive, the health office (Gesundheitsamt) has decided to go one step further in canteens and sit children 1.50 m apart from one another. This will be applied in the secondary school from next Monday, the 30th of November.   For pupils eating in the 6th period at 12:40 pm, they can all come at the indicated time. They will find their tablets already placed on the tables, 1.50 m apart from one another.   For pupils eating in the 7th period there will be 2 services from Monday to Thursday. - 1st service: yellow group (1:30 pm) - 2nd service: blue group (1:55 pm) On Fridays, all concerned students can come at 1:30 pm. 11/2020   As the Corona rules are getting more restrictive, the health office (Gesundheitsamt) has decided to go one step further in canteens and sit children 1,50 m apart from one another.   Therefore the school, canteen provider Il Cielo and the Parents' Association have to take the necessary measures and implement this within the primary school canteen.   As a consequence there are not enough sitting places available within the canteen premises.   11/2020   As the Corona situation is currently worsening in Munich, the school is going to adopt a new plan in the canteen of the primary school (communication from the school will follow next week).   Our service provider Il Cielo must therefore change its ordering procedure and kindly asks you the following: - for the week from Monday 9.11. to Friday 13.11. please place your order in the online portal of Il Cielo (https://www.ilcielo.de/ihr-login/) until Sunday 8.11. the latest. - for the following weeks please always place your order until Friday evening in advance of the coming week. (e.g. order to be placed latest on Friday the 13.11. for the week from Monday 16.11 to Friday 20.11)   This concerns all pupils, Abo-orderings as well as “Spontan” eaters.   11/2020   Today we were notified by the ESM management that the extra-curricular activities (including music courses) in the school premises can continue this week as planned. The canteen, transport and garderie services will also continue as usual this week. The situation will be reassessed on November 5th.   10/2020 Herewith I invite you to our general assembly on the 3rd of November 2020. The assembly will be held online with a dedicated meeting-software. Further information with respect to this will follow. Here you can find the draft agenda (only in German). EV-ESM_General_Assembly_2020 The pandemic has also hit our parents’ association. We and our service-partners had to rapidly adapt at the situation with always changing procedures and instructions from the medical authorities, the Bavarian ministry and the school. This brought our organizational capabilities to its limits. As you know, the school start this year was far from perfect, and we regret this very much. But I can assure you, that all our board members and all our staff, together with the school and with our service partners, did and still do their best to find a solution to every problem. 09/2020 From now on, the HS students can eat in the canteen during their break: those who have break in the 6th period go to the canteen at 12:40 pm, and those who have break in the 7th period, can eat in the canteen at 1:30 pm. Every student who has pre-ordered lunch in the Il Cielo Booking System will find it at the table assigned to them and their classes.   Students who bring their lunch from home can use the cold cafeteria upstairs.   On the contrary to what Il Cielo said in their communication last week, we strongly encourage you to make the reservations on a weekly basis, always until Sunday for the whole following week.
