- Announced by the Education and Sport Department: All MVV cards for the 2024/2025 school year are valid until 30 September 2025, even if the validity is stated as until 15 September 2025.
- All MVV cards that have been confirmed can be collected from room 10 346 EV office (GS) or at reception (HS)
- All school bus/taxi children from 2024/2025 who are applying for an MVV card for the first time must also submit the MVV card application on the portal of the City of Munich.
- Students in grades S6 and S7 who are entitled to a free MVV card should contact reception for further information.

The Parents’ Association of the European School Munich (Elternvereinigung der Europäischen Schule München, EV-ESM) is a voluntary non-profit organisation, which consists of the members of the ESM parenthood. Its purpose is to promote the welfare and education of all ESM pupils.
SERVICES
Within our tasks, the main focus lies on high quality services managed by volunteer board members and coordinated by the EV-ESM office staff in these 4 areas.
We are responsible for canteen and cafeteria services in ESM premises. Together with the school and the local company Gröbl we strive to promote a culture of healthy eating and conscious nutrition.
We are organizing a wide variety of extra-curricular activities and courses for ESM students of all ages. You will find language, music, sport, creativity, academy and other courses in our offer.
We work with a reliable provider offering after school care for children in kindergarten and primary school.
Within After School Care your children receive a supplementary programme to the regular school lessons.
Our goal is simple: a safe transport of your children to and from school. We are working closely with the City of Munich and a number of bus providers to ensure smooth and timely service.
